The customer specializes in returnable transit packaging. ### One system around the washer The project consists of several machines that together form one smooth and efficient system. The industrial washer is at the center and cleans the crates. A buffer conveyor for up to eight pallets ensures continuous throughput, and stack pushers and crate destackers handle 8000 crates per hour. > “Quote from the customer about the project, for example about the throughput or the collaboration with Elten.” Namecustomer in the United Kingdom ### Inspection and rejection A vision system checks the crates for cleanliness, damage, bale arms and other specifications. Rejected crates go to reject stations, where they are sorted and stacked manually.
