The machines for sorting and positioning
Why Elten?
No complicated solution when it can be simpler
Elten is one of the market leaders in handling crates, dollies and pallets. Not because we do everything. Precisely because we know this trade down to the last detail.
Designed to perform
We don't start with a standard machine, but with the application. Calculated, tested in our own workshop and built to keep performing.
Integrated to fit
Mechanics, controls and software under one roof. No black box, but a machine that connects seamlessly to the rest of the line.
Committed to deliver
Responsibility from engineering to service. No pointing fingers. Reachable worldwide, also after handover.

John Lewis expands further
This is an end-of-line installation that orientates and stacks crates that have been filled with products in an order-picking system, loads them on dollies (rollies), sorts the dollies, and prepares them for truck loading.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your question? Email questions@elten.nl or call +31 (0)36 547 4080.
Can one machine both stack and destack?
Yes. We supply stackers, destackers and machines that do both. What fits depends on your process and the position in the line.
What capacity does a stacker achieve?
A crate stacker handles 3500+ crates per hour. The exact capacity depends on your product carrier and your line.
Does the machine fit into an existing line?
Yes. Standalone or as part of a complete system, even if the infeed and outfeed are at different heights.
