The role
As a Project Engineer you are part of a multidisciplinary team with a broad and challenging set of tasks. You share responsibility for designing machines and installations, and for delivering a project within the agreed quality and planning.
You have a passion for machine control technology and an affinity with industrial automation. You communicate well, work independently and have a practical, flexible attitude.
What will you do?
- Make design choices based on the sales specifications
- Design complex machines and installations, in line with the Machinery Directive
- Validate your design with calculations
- Create and detail drawings, 3D models and manuals
- Support internal and external tests of machines and installations
- Hand completed projects over to the workshop and guide them through to delivery
What do we ask?
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial product design
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with PTC Creo Direct Modeling is a plus
- Strong spoken and written Dutch and English
