Crates

From stacking to washing: twelve machines for handling crates. As a standalone machine or as a complete line.

Sound familiar?

Manual work with crates costs more than you think

  • Every crate is different

Different sizes, brands and types of crates mixed together. Every deviation means a changeover, or doing it by hand after all.

  • Dirty crates back in the chain

Crates have to go back clean and intact. Feeding, washing and checking them by hand is slow, and a damaged crate easily slips through.

  • The supply doesn’t keep pace with the line

Crates come in at peaks. Without a buffer, the line stops or jams, and people have to step in to clear the stacks.

Read how we build
  1. Designed to perform

We don't start with a standard machine, but with the application. Calculated, tested in our own workshop and built to keep performing.

  2. Integrated to fit

Mechanics, controls and software under one roof. No black box, but a machine that connects seamlessly to the rest of the line.

  3. Committed to deliver

Responsibility from engineering to service. No pointing fingers. Reachable worldwide, also after handover.
